Shipping Options:

• Free Standard Shipping (3-9 Business Days) if you spend $50 or more: This is a great option for those who aren't in a rush.
• Expedited Shipping (2-5 Business Days): Need your biltong faster? Choose this option for a speedier delivery.

Order Processing:

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST typically ship out the next business day.
• Estimated delivery times start from the following business day after shipment.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your biltong adventure begins, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address:

• Double-check your shipping address before placing your order! We can't be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Responsibility:

• Once the courier marks your package as delivered, Toronto Biltong is not responsible for the parcel. However, we'll happily work with our couriers to ensure your biltong arrives promptly at the provided address.

Unforeseen Delays:

• Unfortunately, things happen! We cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors like natural disasters, courier issues, or other unexpected events. Once the package is with the courier, delivery responsibility falls on them.
